Game is awesome especially for mobile devices. I ran into several troubles initially, but by now all of them has been resolved: first, I had a countdown to the challenge and when it finally had to start it just disappeared on me For half a day, or could be more, then I wrote to technical support & thanks, tech support seems to work!) then again, Faction Wars disappear on me out of nowhere. I needed FW dearly to compete successfully in order to fuse a character DELK for the upcoming challenge. There was update available, but I couldn’t see it in App Store.
To be able to download it I had to update my device’s software, it resolved the issue. Even though AI use of bone shields and revenant abilities in FW is ridiculous (with probabilities seem to be on degree of 100% sometimes) and also matching system is not fun in any way, when one always have to face opponents who’s stats are sometimes twice or more than twice greater, with all equipment fully fused etc., still for many it stays the best fighting game of all. Never cared about cartoonish fightings as much. Updates are keeping game alive, although there’s always room to improve.
By Hijklopsd7893The gameplay is overly simplistic, and mainly involves repeatedly tapping the screen and occasionally swiping. Somehow, the game still manages to be addictive despite the monotonous and occasionally buggy gameplay. The micro transactions are even worse than the gameplay and are all huge ripoffs. It costs 20 dollars to buy a challenge character which will only slightly improve the quality of your team.
The coins and souls are also ridiculously overpriced and it takes a purchase of $50+ to actually make a significant difference in progress. Once you are at a higher level, the micro transactions are essentially useless.
The only reason I gave the game more than one star is because the graphics are great and the developers clearly spent a lot of time on animation. The only problem is that fatalities rarely ever happen in the game and the gameplay is insanely boring and tedious once you become bored with getting new characters. Here’s the deal I don’t even use the sub zero card much. I have been playing almost daily for a bit over a year. This game is tons of fun.
I have zero interest in paying for anything. The challenges are difficult at first but if u get 2 or 3 that need characters u can buy with gold u should be able to grind your way up. Literally just started winning. Lol I love faction wars and am addicted to shao Kahn’s tower. Relic hunt have me my first diamond card. Excellent game if u I want to put in the time.
If I didn’t work 40 hours a week I’d check out the two injustice games I’m sure they are a blast also.

I want to play as noob ciabot, raiden, and all the others!!! And I want fully online gameplay so we can fight with people across the world!!! And wouldn't it be awesome if u could level up?! Like, for each character to get stronger or more moves!!!
Also, different maps, fatalities and different game modes would be sweet!!! But most of all, I had this awesome idea. Why cant we make our own characters! With endless posibilities!
And to get more stuff for them, each time u win a fight, u get money and then u buy the equipment u want 4 them!!! It'll be epic!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please bring out an awesome update!!! By SpunserOk, just so you know, am a huge fan of the mortal kombat games. I have played almost all of the range of them (including the arcade versions). So when I heard that a mobile version of MK3 was released, I was really excited, and bought the game for what I thought was a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, the game did not live up to my expectations. First of all, the good things about the game: 1. When you beat someone, the fatality it quick and easy to carry out 2. The game features all of the characters present at the time of when the original game was released 3. The game has included the use of combo moves, which can help at times.
Now the bad things: 1. In the original game, the graphics and animations were ok at the time when it was created, but in the mobile version, they are even worse; character's seem to be 'teleporting' because of a lack of animation.

In arcade mode, the first few fights are ok, but there comes a point where winning becomes virtually impossible, even on novice difficulty! Once, I was actually lucky enough to be able to make it to Shao Kahn, but that didn't last long, you can literally die in five seconds due to his extremely overpowered attacks. So overall I don't think that this game has lived up to its reputation. And personally I wish I had never bought it. If an update were to be released where these problems were fixed, my opinion would have a high chance in changing. By Razman360The game itself is quite good, with enough character variety.
Controls aren't too bad and moves are easy enough to use and string together. My only gripe, like others, is tht shao Kahn is too hard (though I beat him on novice!:D) and the AI in general is so good it's psychic!! If I shoot a projectile, they INSTANTLY duck- literally as I do it- same sorta thing for blocking and charge attacks, etc. Also motaro appears to be kinda glitchy- if the teleportation is intentional, it's looks too sloppy and the camera jumps too much. Overall, fine game but a couple of issues need addressing for it to come close to any of it's console counterparts in any field.
